Platinum Print PLUS is the ultimate printable semi-matte, digital film for dark and light-colored fabric decoration. The highly-flexible 75-micron PU print film has been developed to personalize virtually any fabric, especially nylons, polyesters, Lycra®, cottons, leathers, rayon, and more. Yes, it applies to just about anything!
Instructions
- Design image right reading using the suggested printer profile.
- Print at 360 – 720 dpi.
- Print and contour cut with a 45° degree blade with approximately 65 – 70 g cutting force.
- Weed away unwanted film around the image.
- After printing, let the ink de-gas for 20 minutes.
- Mask with Results® J MASK. Remove from liner.
- Preheat fabrics for 2 seconds. Preheat nylon & silicone-coated fabrics for 20 seconds at 300° F.
- Apply Results® Platinum Print PLUS™ with fabric warm. Use a cover sheet.
- Heat press from 240° F to 300° F for 8 – 12 seconds. Note: Less heat = more time.
- Peel warm, not hot.
