Results® METAL™ is a polyurethane CUT film with a shiny metallic surface that contours to the fabric and remains very soft and attractive after many wash and wear cycles. High fashion, night scene, or dance, use this when you want to stand out in a crowd. It is flexible, easy to cut, has an ultra-soft hand feel, and applies in seconds. You can customize the surface with a Teflon or mesh fabric when heat pressing over the transfer design. This 50-60 micron film with a light adhesive liner is easy to cut and weed.
Instructions
Color Application Instructions
- Time: 8 – 12 seconds
- Temperature: 300° F
- Pressure: Medium
- Peel: Hot or Cold
- Polyesters and sensitive fabric at 275° F
Layering Instructions
- Tack background for 2 seconds and peel hot.
- Place foreground on top and press for 8 seconds.
- Temperature: 300° F
- Pressure: Medium
- Peel: Hot
Characteristics
- Contours to the fabric as one. Keeps a shiny, soft hand even after 50 wash and dry cycles.
- Thickness is 50 – 60 microns
- Can be cut with vinyl cutter or laser for tiny detail images
- Has two displays, shiny with the 1st press and then more matte with the 2nd heat press.
- Can be multi-layered with other Results films
- Suitable for almost any fabric. Does not work on all nylons.
